Hi, I'm Margy Yu.

I’m not here to fix you.

I’m here to help you stop betraying yourself and start becoming who you were always meant to be.

I know what it’s like to live a life that checks all the boxes but feels completely wrong in your body.

As a second-generation Canadian and daughter of immigrant parents, I was raised to pursue stability: go to university, get the job, make their sacrifices worth it. I tried pursuing that for a while.

But something in me always knew I needed more than that.

I moved out at 21 to live on my own. I didn’t know how to cook or do my own laundry. I just knew I was suffocating at home. The constant noise, the guilt, the pressure to keep the peace — it left no room to figure out who I actually was.

So I left to find out.

And several years later, I dropped out of university. I realized I was showing up just to sleep through classes, dragging myself through a life that wasn’t mine. That moment cracked everything open.

It wasn’t some glamorous pivot. It was messy, raw, and real.

I started doing the inner work. I learned to regulate, to listen to myself, to trust the parts of me that had been buried under people-pleasing and pressure.

Over the years, I’ve supported others in more ways than one. I’ve helped clinics run like well-oiled machines by streamlining systems, calming chaos, and guiding teams toward alignment.

And now, I do that on a soul level too.

Today, I live a life built on clarity, connection, and deep self-trust. And I help others come home to that same truth in themselves.

Because most people already know what they want.

They’re just afraid of what happens when they say yes to it.

That’s where I come in.

I’m like a doula for your becoming — holding space while you move through the discomfort of shedding what no longer fits.

Whether it’s in a 1:1 session or a quiet moment of truth, I’m here to meet you at the threshold.

Because the world needs your legacy and only you can bring it through.
