95% of people seek clarity. only 5% are brave enough to face the truth.
This isn’t self-help. it’s shadow work. Let’s get into it.
Your life is Not Falling Apart.
The Old Version of You Is.
YOU DON'T NEED MORE ANSWERS. yOU NEED TO STOP RESISTING WHAT'S ALREADY THERE.
This is the part where you decide: are you going to face it, or keep circling the same patterns?
Feeling Stuck But Not Lost
You’ve outgrown your old patterns, but the next step isn’t clear. You keep circling the same thoughts, wondering why you can’t move forward, even though you know you’re ready.
Used to Doing It Alone
Your friends don’t get it. Conversations feel forced. The things you used to care about don’t hit the same anymore. You’re outgrowing your old life but you feel like you’re evolving alone.
Fear Is keeping you safe
You know you’re ready to step into something bigger but part of you is terrified of letting go of the familiar. Most people avoid this part. I’ll show you how to face it.
How may i help you?

Face What’s Holding You Back
You already know what’s keeping you stuck. You’re just afraid to face it. I’ll help you cut through the resistance, uncover the truth beneath the discomfort, and finally move forward.

Guide You Through the Transition
This is the part where most people stop — where fear takes over and clarity slips away. I’ll help you navigate the unraveling, release the version of you that’s outgrown itself, and step into what’s next.

Help You Integrate the New You
Becoming who you’re meant to be isn’t about finding something new. It’s about remembering who you already are. I’ll help you align with your deeper truth, stop sabotaging yourself, and embody the version of you that’s waiting beneath the surface.
Hi, I am margy yu.
I help you put yourself first without the guilt, the fear, or the pressure of what other people expect from you.
I know how hard it is to step away from the life you were taught to want. I’m a second-generation Canadian and the daughter of immigrant parents who sacrificed everything for a better future. The path they wanted for me: a stable career, financial security but that path didn’t align with me. Dropping out of university, disappointing my family, and choosing my own truth over their expectations wasn’t easy but it was the decision that saved me.
Facing that fear required more than just courage. It took deep healing, breaking patterns of people-pleasing, and learning to trust my intuition. Now, over a decade later, my life is filled with more joy, connection, and alignment than I ever imagined.
Now I help others step into that same freedom: to stop apologizing for wanting more and start living from a place of truth and self-trust. The discomfort isn’t a problem, it’s the initiation. Let’s walk through it together.
